Each of our wines is obtained through the long and careful process required by the Regulations for the production of wines with denomination of controlled and guaranteed origin “Franciacorta” (DOCG). The process goes from second fermentation in the bottle, to disgorgement, and the many other passages that from the vineyard bring a Franciacorta into your glasses. We can proudly say that this is a wine made to perfection.

La Montina Riserva Baiana 2008 is a Franciacorta Pas Dosé, meaning it's a dry sparkling wine with minimal added sugar, produced by La Montina winery in Lombardy, Italy. It's a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for an extended period on its lees, resulting in a complex and refined character.
