The process goes from second fermentation in the bottle, to disgorgement, and the many other passages that from the vineyard bring a Franciacorta into your glasses. La Montina Franciacorta Extra Brut is a sparkling wine characterized by its dry, crisp, and refreshing taste, with a fine and persistent perlage. It offers a bouquet of floral and fresh fruit notes on the nose, and a balanced, savory, and mineral palate.
