Bivrost® Heimdallr Single Malt Whisky is crafted at the world’s northernmost distillery. Made with heritage norwegian barley, Kveik – yeasts and matured in carefully selected Rye and Amontillado-seasoned casks, this Whisky is a true testimony to Arctic craftmanship. The whisky matured in our modern Viking longhouse. Extreme Arctic temperature shifts and an average annual temperature of just 0.6°C ensured a slow, complex maturation.
